With an extensive, and always growing tool kit, we are continually looking at new ways to bring our ideas to life. From early prototypes to higher-fidelity builds, our goal is to try early and often, allowing us to learn and test. These learnings are critical to our creative process. They help us gain valuable insights well before commercializing a final product.

We want our ideas to take shape and be tangible as early as possible. This helps us develop insights early in the process, and identify the most promising pathways. We prioritize building our ideas. Initial protos can be quick and dirty and act as important way points in development. Often times it’s these quick explorations that can deliver some of the most meaningful discoveries. As we learn and iterate, we elevate the level of fidelity, working towards more polished, finalized deliverables.

Exploration is at the core of everything we do. Our approach emphasizes trialing new materials and experimenting with new processes. The pathway may not be totally clear, however our discoveries along the way help us develop unique solutions for some of the trickiest design challenges.

Our studio began with robust knowledge in technical sewn equipment. This continues to be one of our hallmark areas of expertise. We also specialize in hard goods categories, with a strong history in plastics, polymers, and composite materials. We love project opportunities where we can combine our soft and hard goods wizardry. Innovative hybrids such as wearable consumer devices, advanced technology development and medical solutions are some of our favorites.
